Outer Realms is the seventh and last album to date by The Raylius Experiment. Like Seeds of Life, it was also originally recorded in 1993. This 20th anniversary edition is both a remix, with extensive editing, and a remastered version.

The music of Outer Realms spans the gamut of experience, from highly introspective and serene moments to outbursts of intense cosmic energy. The outer reaches of the universe are experienced through an inner journey, beyond space and time. As with other music of The Raylius Experiment, the listener is aided by the music to let go of expectations and the need to maintain one’s bearing, so that it can do its job of providing transportation to new states of mind. It is truly music from a realm far beyond the ordinary.
